  2. program developed by a lawyer to help busy lawyers.  
  3. It is a database which allows lawyers to enter, 
  4. view, search and print indexes to their precedents 
  5. (copies of documents prepared by the lawyer 
  6. and kept for future reference eg contracts, 
  7. leases etc). The program helps lawyers find 
  8. relevant precedents quickly.  A once off
